Live Readings terms & conditions:
Astro-To-Go will charge your credit card for the full amount of any readings at the time your appointment is reserved. The fee is refundable up to seven (7) prior to the scheduled time for your reading. After seven (7) days, cancelled readings shall be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee. Readings cancelled less then twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Astro-To-Go guarantees that all reports will be calculated using industry standard methods and algorithms. The interpretations are written by professional astrologers. No other guarantees or warranties are offered for any product or aspect of service.

Refund Policy
Reports:
All reports are final sales and non-refundable. We have provided online celebrity reports as samples. Please make sure to examine these before placing your order. We do not provide refunds, however if you have in- avertedly entered the wrong birth data information, please contact customercare@astrotogo.com and we will exchange the report through our customer care department.

Merchandise:
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange provided that the item is in good condition and in the original packaging. Please pack the item securely in the original box, if possible. Enclose a copy of the original invoice. If you cannot send a copy of your invoice, please include your item number, billing name and address with the item. All shipping charges must be prepaid, we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you send the item via United States Post Office, insured for the full value of the merchandise. Your credit card will be credited after we have received the merchandise. Please ship the return package to:

Exchange of merchandise:
Please contact customercare@astrotogo.com and let them know that you wish to exchange an item. Please follow the instructions for returns. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your new selection. If there is a price difference between the items that you are exchanging, we will charge or credit your credit card accordingly.
