All those stubborn people you couldn't get in touch with... The negotiation you thought would never end... The little computer that only THOUGHT it could... All these irritating circumstances and more will lose their grip on your sanity when Mercury goes direct this week. On top of that, the Sun will cross the magic threshold into Gemini. People will be making connections and pairing us as we take one more step toward summer. Of course! This week will culminate in a bare-chested, scantily clad, wild and wet Memorial Day weekend!

Practical Monday

Get the practical stuff out of the way on Monday. The Capricorn Moon will make some nice connections to Mercury, making this a decent time to finalize arrangements - or at least try to. In the evening, Mercury will get locked into Jupiter - and you'll have a raucous time with friends, neighbors and countrymen swapping tall tales and having good fun.

Direct Tuesday

Tuesday is the Mercury Direct Moment we've been waiting for since April 26th. While most of us are asleep, Mercury will move forward again, releasing us from the sludge and drudgery of the last few weeks. Stir in a little cooperation from the Sun and Venus, and the lights all come back on again.

Connected Wednesday

On Wednesday, the Sun will rise, then move into groovin' Gemini for his annual visit. This change will facilitate connections of all kinds - you'll hear from friends, reach out to old contacts and probably start to formulate arrangements that will shape your summer fun.

Wrap Up Thursday

Thursday is a perfect day for organizing your activities and wrapping up any work you don't want to have weighing on your mind this weekend. Saturn will be in a cooperative mood, and the Sun will work with a happy Pisces Moon whose motto is "Why not?" You might say that a few times this evening, should you venture out for a drink, a dance or some active fun. Come on - it's almost Memorial Day Weekend!

Fun Friday

Friday will be dominated by thoughts of water and sun. That could mean a wet pool or a bright beach - or it could spell rain. In any event, people will be in warm and receptive moods. Mercury and Jupiter indicate a lot of movement in the evening hours. If you're not part of the holiday traffic flow, maybe you'll find yourself at a club dancing (or talking) off some excess electric energy.

Electric Saturday

Speaking of electricity, you'll find plenty of it in the air on Saturday. The communal nature of the Pisces Moon will make people want to get together; and the otherworldly zing Uranus and Pluto have to add to it could produce some surprising romantic combinations in those beach cabanas.

Summer Sunday

The energy on Sunday will be more straightforward, but no less festive. Although there's a little blip of bitterness from Saturn in the wee hours (from those who had to go home alone, maybe?), the rest of the day looks good. Mars and Pluto will team up to get everybody up and out and into the idea of celebrating the first "real" weekend of the warm weather season.

Things will continue to heat up next week, as an Eclipse of the Sun comes to ask the question, "Did you want to say something??????" Check it out next time.
