Green Irish Whiskey Sour Jello
2 small boxes Lemon-Lime Flavor Gelatin*
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup Irish Whiskey
*Two small boxes of Nabisco "Royal"-brand gelatin, LEMON-LIME flavor. (General Foods Jell-O brand doesn't come in this flavor, but you could probably substitute one small Lemon Jell-O and one small Lime Jell-O.)
Stir all ingredients and place in a small tray. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares or cut with a shamrock cookie cutter. Slainte!
